꿀벌노트 개인정보처리방침

꿀벌노트는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에서 만든 모든 내용은 기본적으로 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며, 개발자에게는 어떤 경우에도 전송되지 않습니다. 이용자가 직접 켠 경우에 한해, 기기 간 동기화 기능이 그 내용을 이용자 본인의 iCloud 또는 Google Drive로 전송합니다(자세한 내용은 6번 참고).

이 방침은 Android 버전과 iOS 버전 모두에 적용됩니다. 두 버전은 같은 방식으로 동작하며, 플랫폼에 따라 다른 부분만 아래에 따로 표시했습니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

없습니다. 회원가입이 없고, 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치·광고 식별자 등 어떤 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 이용 기록을 분석하는 도구(애널리틱스)나 광고도 넣지 않았습니다.

2. 이용자가 앱에 입력한 내용

할 일, 루틴, 일정, 일기, 메모, 인물 정보(이름·관계·생일·기념일·메모·사진), 관계도 등 앱에서 작성한 모든 내용은 기기 내부의 앱 전용 저장 영역(Android: 앱 전용 저장 영역, iOS: 앱 샌드박스)에 보관됩니다. 이 영역은 다른 앱이 접근할 수 없습니다. 개발자는 이 내용을 볼 수 없으며 어떤 서버로도 보내지지 않습니다. 기기 간 동기화를 켠 경우에는 이 내용이 이용자 본인의 클라우드 계정에도 저장됩니다 — 자세한 내용은 6번을 참고하세요.

3. 인터넷 사용

앱 기능 자체는 인터넷을 사용하지 않습니다. 앱은 다음 두 경우에만 인터넷과 통신합니다: ① Pro 구매 여부를 확인하고 결제를 진행할 때(각 플랫폼의 스토어 — Android는 Google Play, iOS는 App Store), ② 이용자가 직접 켠 경우의 기기 간 동기화(이용자 본인의 iCloud 또는 Google Drive). 그 외에는 오프라인에서 모든 기능이 동작합니다.

4. 결제

Pro 구매는 각 플랫폼의 스토어 결제 시스템이 처리합니다. 개발자는 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 받지도, 저장하지도 않습니다. 앱은 "구매했는지 여부"만 기기에 저장합니다(오프라인에서도 Pro 기능을 쓸 수 있게 하기 위함).

• Android — Google Play 결제 시스템이 처리하며, 결제 관련 개인정보 처리는 Google의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
• iOS — Apple App Store 결제 시스템(StoreKit)이 처리하며, 결제 관련 개인정보 처리는 Apple의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

5. 사진

인물에 사진을 넣으면 운영체제가 제공하는 사진 선택 도구가 열립니다(Android는 시스템 사진 선택 도구, iOS는 시스템 사진 선택기). 앱은 이용자가 고른 사진만 앱 전용 저장 영역으로 복사하며, 두 플랫폼 모두 사진첩 전체에 접근하는 권한을 요구하지 않습니다.

6. 기기 간 동기화

더보기 → 데이터 → 기기 간 동기화에서 이용자가 직접 켜야만 동작하며, 기본값은 꺼짐입니다. 켜면 앱에서 만든 내용이 이용자 본인의 클라우드 계정으로 전송되어, 같은 계정을 쓰는 다른 기기와 자동으로 맞춰집니다.

• iOS — 이용자 본인의 iCloud(iCloud Drive의 앱 전용 저장 공간)로 전송됩니다. 기기에 이미 로그인된 iCloud 계정을 그대로 사용하며, 앱이 별도로 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다.
• Android — 이용자가 선택한 Google 계정의 Drive 안 앱 전용 숨김 폴더(Drive 화면에서 이용자 본인도 직접 볼 수 없는 영역)로 전송됩니다. 처음 켤 때 계정을 선택하고 접근을 허용해야 합니다.

두 경우 모두 개발자의 서버를 거치지 않으며, 개발자는 이 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다. iOS와 Android 기기 사이에는 서로 동기화되지 않습니다 — 다른 운영체제로 옮길 때는 7번 백업 기능을 이용하세요. 언제든 같은 화면에서 꺼서 동기화를 중단할 수 있습니다.

Android에서 요청하는 Google 권한은 drive.appdata 하나뿐입니다. 이 권한은 이 앱이 만든 숨김 폴더에만 접근할 수 있고, 이용자의 다른 Drive 파일·문서·사진은 읽을 수도 볼 수도 없습니다.

꿀벌노트가 Google API로부터 받은 정보를 사용하거나 다른 앱으로 전송할 때는 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책의 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함해 해당 정책을 따릅니다. 구체적으로 이 데이터는 오직 이용자 본인의 기기 간 동기화라는 목적으로만 쓰이며, 광고에 쓰지 않고, 제3자에게 판매·양도하지 않으며, 사람이 열람하지 않습니다.

7. 백업

위 6번 동기화와는 별개인 기능입니다 — 필요할 때 이용자가 직접 만드는 파일 스냅샷입니다.

• 앱 안의 백업/복원 — 이용자가 직접 저장 위치를 고르면 그 위치에 파일 하나로 내보냅니다(Android는 기기의 저장소 선택 화면, iOS는 파일 앱). 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
• Android 자동 백업 — Android가 제공하는 기능으로, 앱 데이터가 이용자 본인의 Google 계정에 백업될 수 있습니다. 이 백업은 Google이 보관하며 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다. 용량 문제로 인물 사진은 제외됩니다. 기기의 Google 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
• iOS 기기 백업(iCloud 백업 또는 컴퓨터 백업) — iOS가 제공하는 기능으로, 앱 데이터가 이용자 본인의 iCloud 또는 컴퓨터에 백업될 수 있습니다. 이 백업은 Apple(또는 이용자의 컴퓨터)이 보관하며 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다. iOS에서는 인물 사진도 함께 백업됩니다. 기기의 설정 → (이용자 이름) → iCloud → 저장 공간 관리 → 백업에서 이 앱을 백업 대상에서 제외할 수 있습니다.

8. 알림

모든 알림은 기기 안에서 생성됩니다. 알림을 위해 외부로 전송되는 정보는 없으며, 푸시 서버를 사용하지 않습니다.

9. 앱이 요구하는 권한

Android

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — 알림 표시. 이용자가 알림을 켤 때만 요청합니다.
• SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM — 지정한 시각에 정확히 알리기 위해. 없으면 알림이 조금 늦게 올 수 있을 뿐 앱은 정상 동작합니다.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED — 기기를 껐다 켠 뒤 예약된 알림을 다시 등록하기 위해.
• INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — Google Play 결제, 그리고 이용자가 직접 켠 경우의 기기 간 동기화(Google Drive와의 통신)에 사용됩니다.
• BILLING — Google Play 결제에 필요한 권한입니다.

iOS

• 알림 — 알림을 켜거나 알림이 있는 항목을 처음 만들 때 한 번 허용을 요청합니다. 거부해도 알림만 오지 않을 뿐 앱의 나머지 기능은 그대로 동작합니다.
• iCloud — 기기 간 동기화를 켜면 이용자 본인의 iCloud를 사용합니다. 별도의 권한 요청 화면 없이 기기의 iCloud 로그인 상태를 그대로 따르며, 로그인돼 있지 않거나 iCloud Drive가 꺼져 있으면 동기화만 되지 않을 뿐 앱의 나머지 기능은 그대로 동작합니다.
• 그 밖에 사진첩·위치·연락처·마이크 등 어떤 권한도 요청하지 않습니다. 사진은 위 5번처럼 시스템 사진 선택기가 대신 처리합니다.

10. 데이터 삭제

앱 안에서 항목을 개별 삭제할 수 있고, 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다. 기기 백업에 남은 데이터까지 지우려면, Android는 기기의 Google 설정에서 백업 데이터를, iOS는 설정 → (이용자 이름) → iCloud → 저장 공간 관리 → 백업에서 해당 백업을 삭제하시면 됩니다.

기기 간 동기화를 켠 경우, 이용자 본인의 클라우드에 남은 데이터는 다음에서 확인·정리할 수 있습니다: iOS는 설정 → (이용자 이름) → iCloud → 저장 공간 관리에서 꿀벌노트를 찾아 삭제. Android는 Google 계정의 타사 앱 접근 권한 관리 페이지에서 꿀벌노트의 접근 권한을 없애면 이후 동기화가 중단됩니다 — 이미 저장된 파일은 이용자 본인만 접근 가능한 Drive 영역에 남아 있을 수 있으며, 완전히 지우려면 Google 계정 자체의 데이터 관리 도구를 이용하세요.

11. 아동

이 앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동을 포함해 누구에게서도 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

12. 방침 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지를 갱신하고 상단의 최종 수정일을 고칩니다.

Beesnote Privacy Policy

Beesnote does not collect your personal information. Everything you create in the app stays on your device by default, and is never transmitted to the developer under any circumstances. Only if you turn it on yourself, the sync-across-devices feature also sends that content to your own iCloud or Google Drive (see section 6).

This policy covers both the Android and the iOS version. The two behave the same way; wherever a platform differs, both are described below.

1. Information we collect

None. There are no accounts. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, advertising identifiers, or any other personal data. The app contains no analytics and no advertising.

2. Content you create

Your tasks, routines, events, journal entries, notes, people (names, relations, birthdays, anniversaries, things to remember, photos) and relation graphs are stored in the app's private storage on your device (private app storage on Android, the app sandbox on iOS), which other apps cannot access. The developer cannot see this content, and it is never sent to any server. If you turn on sync across devices, this content is also stored in your own cloud account — see section 6.

3. Internet use

The app's features do not use the internet. The app contacts the internet in only two cases: ① to check whether you own Pro and to complete a purchase (your platform's store — Google Play on Android, the App Store on iOS), and ② for sync across devices, if you turn it on yourself (your own iCloud or Google Drive). Everything else works offline.

4. Payments

Pro purchases are handled entirely by your platform's store. The developer never receives or stores payment details such as card numbers. The app stores only whether a purchase exists, so that Pro features keep working offline.

• Android — handled by Google Play Billing; Google's privacy policy governs the payment itself.
• iOS — handled by the Apple App Store (StoreKit); Apple's privacy policy governs the payment itself.

5. Photos

Adding a photo to a person opens the system photo picker provided by your operating system (the Android photo picker, or the iOS photo picker). The app copies only the photo you select into its private storage, and on neither platform does it request permission to access your photo library.

6. Sync across devices

This only runs if you turn it on yourself, under More → Data → Sync across devices; it is off by default. When on, the content you create is sent to your own cloud account, so it stays in step across other devices signed in to the same account.

• iOS — sent to your own iCloud (an app-private area of iCloud Drive). It uses whichever iCloud account is already signed in on the device; the app does not ask you to sign in separately.
• Android — sent to a hidden, app-private folder inside the Google Drive of the account you choose (an area you cannot browse yourself in the Drive app either). The first time you turn it on, you choose an account and grant access.

In both cases, this never passes through the developer's servers, and the developer cannot access it. iOS and Android devices do not sync with each other — use the backup feature in section 7 to move between them. You can turn sync off at any time from the same screen.

On Android the app requests exactly one Google permission, drive.appdata. That scope can reach only the hidden folder this app created; it cannot read or even see your other Drive files, documents or photos.

Beesnote's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Concretely: this data is used solely to sync your own data between your own devices. It is not used for advertising, it is not sold or transferred to third parties, and no human reads it.

7. Backups

This is a separate feature from sync in section 6 — a file snapshot you make yourself, whenever you want.

• In-app backup / restore — exports a single file to a location you choose (your device's storage picker on Android, the Files app on iOS). Nothing is sent to the developer.
• Android Auto Backup — an Android feature that may back up app data to your own Google account. Google holds that backup and the developer cannot access it. Person photos are excluded due to size limits. You can turn it off in your device's Google settings.
• iOS device backup (iCloud or computer) — an iOS feature that may back up app data to your own iCloud account or computer. Apple (or your computer) holds that backup and the developer cannot access it. On iOS, person photos are included. You can exclude this app in Settings → (your name) → iCloud → Manage Storage → Backups.

8. Notifications

All notifications are generated on your device. No information is sent anywhere to deliver them, and no push server is involved.

9. Permissions the app requests

Android

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — to show notifications; requested only when you turn notifications on.
• SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM — to notify you at the exact time you set. Without it the app still works; reminders may simply arrive a little late.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED — to re-register scheduled reminders after a restart.
• INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — used by Google Play Billing, and by sync across devices, if you turn it on yourself (communicating with Google Drive).
• BILLING — required by Google Play Billing.

iOS

• Notifications — asked for once, when you turn notifications on or first create an item that has a reminder. If you decline, only the reminders stop; the rest of the app works as usual.
• iCloud — used only if you turn on sync across devices, using your own iCloud account. There is no separate permission prompt; it simply follows whatever iCloud account is signed in on the device. If you're not signed in, or iCloud Drive is off, sync alone won't work — the rest of the app is unaffected.
• The app requests no other permissions — no photo library, location, contacts, or microphone access. Photos are handled by the system picker, as described in section 5.

10. Deleting your data

You can delete individual items in the app, and uninstalling the app removes all data stored on the device. To also remove data left in a device backup: on Android, delete the backup in your device's Google settings; on iOS, delete it in Settings → (your name) → iCloud → Manage Storage → Backups.

If you turned on sync across devices, you can review or clear what remains in your own cloud account: on iOS, find Beesnote under Settings → (your name) → iCloud → Manage Storage and delete it. On Android, removing Beesnote's access on your Google Account's third-party access page stops any further syncing — files already stored may remain in an area of your Drive that only this app could access; use your Google Account's own data-management tools to remove them fully.

11. Children

This app is not directed at children, and it collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.

みつばちノート プライバシーポリシー

みつばちノートは利用者の個人情報を収集しません。アプリで作成した内容は既定では端末内にのみ保存され、開発者にはいかなる場合も送信されません。利用者自身がオンにした場合に限り、端末間の同期機能がその内容を利用者本人の iCloud または Google Drive にも送信します（詳しくは6番）。

本ポリシーは Android 版と iOS 版の両方に適用されます。両者の動作は同じで、プラットフォームによって異なる点のみ以下にそれぞれ記載しています。

1. 収集する情報

ありません。 アカウント登録はなく、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・広告 ID などの個人情報を一切収集しません。解析ツールや広告も含まれていません。

2. 利用者が入力した内容

タスク、ルーティン、スケジュール、日記、メモ、人物情報（名前・関係・誕生日・記念日・覚えておくこと・写真）、関係図など、アプリで作成した内容はすべて端末内のアプリ専用領域（Android はアプリ専用ストレージ、iOS はアプリのサンドボックス）に保存されます。他のアプリからは参照できません。開発者がこの内容を見ることはできず、いかなるサーバーにも送信されません。端末間の同期をオンにした場合は、この内容が利用者本人のクラウドアカウントにも保存されます — 詳しくは6番をご覧ください。

3. インターネットの利用

アプリの機能自体はインターネットを使用しません。アプリがインターネットと通信するのは次の2つの場合のみです: ① Pro の購入状況の確認と購入手続きのとき（各プラットフォームのストア — Android は Google Play、iOS は App Store）、② 利用者自身がオンにした場合の端末間の同期（利用者本人の iCloud または Google Drive）。それ以外はオフラインで動作します。

4. 決済

Pro の購入はすべて各プラットフォームのストアの決済システムが処理します。開発者がカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることも保存することもありません。アプリは「購入済みかどうか」だけを端末に保存します（オフラインでも Pro 機能を使えるようにするためです）。

• Android — Google Play の決済システムが処理します。決済に関する個人情報の取り扱いは Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
• iOS — Apple App Store の決済システム（StoreKit）が処理します。決済に関する個人情報の取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

5. 写真

人物に写真を追加すると、OS が提供する写真選択ツールが開きます（Android のシステム写真選択ツール、iOS のシステム写真ピッカー）。アプリは選択された写真のみをアプリ専用領域にコピーし、どちらのプラットフォームでも写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセス権限は要求しません。

6. 端末間の同期

この機能は「その他」→「データ」→「端末間の同期」で利用者自身がオンにした場合のみ動作し、既定ではオフです。オンにすると、アプリで作成した内容が利用者本人のクラウドアカウントに送信され、同じアカウントを使う他の端末と自動的に揃います。

• iOS — 利用者本人のiCloud（iCloud Drive のアプリ専用領域）に送信されます。端末に既にサインインしている iCloud アカウントをそのまま使用し、アプリが別途サインインを求めることはありません。
• Android — 利用者が選択したGoogle アカウントの Drive 内のアプリ専用の非公開フォルダ（Drive の画面から利用者本人も直接見ることができない領域）に送信されます。初めてオンにするとき、アカウントを選び、アクセスを許可する必要があります。

いずれの場合も開発者のサーバーを経由せず、開発者はこのデータにアクセスできません。iOS と Android の端末どうしは同期しません — 別の OS へ移行する際は7番のバックアップ機能をご利用ください。この機能は同じ画面からいつでもオフにできます。

Android で要求する Google の権限は drive.appdata の1つだけです。この権限では本アプリが作成した非公開フォルダにのみアクセスでき、利用者の他の Drive のファイル・ドキュメント・写真を読むことも見ることもできません。

みつばちノートが Google API から受け取った情報の使用および他のアプリへの転送は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（Limited Use の要件を含む）に準拠します。具体的には、このデータは利用者ご自身の端末間で同期する目的にのみ使用し、広告には使用せず、第三者への販売・譲渡も行わず、人が閲覧することもありません。

7. バックアップ

上記6番の同期とは別の機能です — 必要なときに利用者自身が作成するファイルのスナップショットです。

• アプリ内のバックアップ／復元 — 利用者が指定した場所にファイル 1 つとして書き出します（Android は端末のストレージ選択画面、iOS はファイル App）。開発者には送信されません。
• Android 自動バックアップ — Android の機能により、アプリのデータが利用者自身の Google アカウントにバックアップされる場合があります。このバックアップは Google が保持し、開発者はアクセスできません。容量制限のため人物の写真は除外されます。端末の Google 設定でオフにできます。
• iOS の端末バックアップ（iCloud またはコンピュータ） — iOS の機能により、アプリのデータが利用者自身の iCloud またはコンピュータにバックアップされる場合があります。このバックアップは Apple（またはご自身のコンピュータ）が保持し、開発者はアクセスできません。iOS では人物の写真も一緒にバックアップされます。端末の「設定」→「（利用者の名前）」→「iCloud」→「ストレージを管理」→「バックアップ」から本アプリを対象外にできます。

8. 通知

通知はすべて端末内で生成されます。通知のために外部へ送信される情報はなく、プッシュサーバーも使用しません。

9. アプリが要求する権限

Android

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — 通知の表示。通知をオンにするときにのみ要求します。
• SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM — 指定時刻に正確に通知するため。許可がなくてもアプリは動作し、通知が少し遅れることがあるだけです。
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED — 端末の再起動後に予約済みの通知を再登録するため。
• INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — Google Play 決済、および利用者自身がオンにした場合の端末間の同期（Google Drive との通信）に使用されます。
• BILLING — Google Play 決済に必要です。

iOS

• 通知 — 通知をオンにするとき、または通知付きの項目を初めて作成するときに一度だけ許可を求めます。許可しなくても通知が届かないだけで、他の機能はそのまま使えます。
• iCloud — 端末間の同期をオンにした場合にのみ、利用者本人の iCloud を使用します。別途の権限要求画面はなく、端末の iCloud サインイン状態にそのまま従います。サインインしていない、または iCloud Drive がオフの場合は同期のみが動作せず、アプリの他の機能には影響しません。
• そのほか写真ライブラリ・位置情報・連絡先・マイクなど、いかなる権限も要求しません。写真は上記 5 のとおりシステムの写真ピッカーが処理します。

10. データの削除

アプリ内で個別に削除できるほか、アプリをアンインストールすると端末内のデータはすべて削除されます。端末バックアップに残ったデータも消す場合は、Android では端末の Google 設定からバックアップデータを、iOS では「設定」→「（利用者の名前）」→「iCloud」→「ストレージを管理」→「バックアップ」から該当のバックアップを削除してください。

端末間の同期をオンにしていた場合、利用者本人のクラウドに残ったデータは次の方法で確認・整理できます。iOS は「設定」→「（利用者の名前）」→「iCloud」→「ストレージを管理」でみつばちノートを探して削除します。Android はGoogle アカウントのサードパーティアクセス管理ページでみつばちノートのアクセス権を削除すると、以降の同期は停止します — すでに保存されたファイルは、このアプリのみがアクセスできる Drive 内の領域に残っている場合があり、完全に削除するには Google アカウント自体のデータ管理ツールをご利用ください。

11. 子どもについて

本アプリは子どもを主な対象としておらず、子どもを含む誰からも個人情報を収集しません。

12. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更した場合は、このページを更新し、上部の最終更新日を改めます。
